Eventually, Steve is frozen. He’s heroic, and his clashes with Roxxon are grounded in some real-world struggles, but he just doesn’t have any teeth. I hope his debut story resonates with readers, and helps inspire the next generation of heroes.”

Is The United States of Captain America #1 good?
It’s not bad, but I wouldn’t venture to call it good. But there are many characters, some of whom are iconic, who remain unacknowledged in the eyes of fans. There have been various versions of Captain America, but in this post, we’ll have a look at the original, Steve Rogers from the main universe.
But it could also boil down to another timely reason: Steve Rogers isn’t Captain America in the Marvel Cinematic Universe anymore. So, if this sounds like an interesting read, be sure to stick around till the end!
Who are Captain America’s Love Interests in Comics?
Captain America is morally astute and, over the years has proven that he is indeed one of Earth’s mightiest heroes.
This version has a boyfriend.
Things improve once Steve and Sam run into Aaron Fischer, the Captain America of the Railways, a scruffy, gay, homeless runaway who protects the downtrodden and lost. The Aaron Fischer-led B-story is written and drawn by a gay man and trans woman, respectively.
Subsequent issues will feature similarly diverse creative teams to match the origin stories of each issue’s new Captains America. However, once the Super Soldier Serum was administered to him, he was transformed into a ripped and handsome man.
This must have caught the attention of a few damsels even though World War II was in full gear.
The comics are full of evidence that he was involved with numerous women, including:
Peggy Carter- She appeared early on in Steve’s life and was assigned to look out for him after he got the Super Soldier Serum.
The first, focusing on Steve Rogers and Sam Wilson, is from writer Christopher Cantwell (Iron Man, Halt and Catch Fire) and artist Dale Eaglesham (Iron Man, Shazam!). She was also his side-kick though she didn’t know that it was actually Steve behind the mask. Steve doesn’t realize this relationship till later on.
Gail Richards- Steve Rogers and Gail Richards were engaged until Cap’s final mission, where he was frozen.
Steve Rogers is the leader of the Avengers, and as such, it’s easy to assume that his love life is almost non-existent as he spends the majority of his time battling threats. After the events of Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Sam Wilson is sporting the stars and stripes in the movie-verse, and is even getting his own Captain America movie. Others include Black Widow, Natasha Stark, Diamondback, Rogue, and so on.
While the comics have revealed that Steve Rogers is straight, fans have always alluded to the fact that Cap and his best friend, Bucky Barnes, were probably closer than the writers let on.
The four will take a road trip across the states to locate Cap’s shield. This five-part series celebrates 80 years of Cap. It finds Steve Rogers teaming up with former Captain Americas when his shield goes missing. Writer Joshua Trujillo and artist Jan Bazaldua are introducing Fischer, alongside regular series creators Christopher Cantwell and Dale Eaglesham.
But now it seems the door is open for Kitty and possibly her chief romantic partners in fan circles, both of whom remain unconfirmed at this point.
